Pro Cut Metal's Mechanical Lock Standing Seam is designed to be a long lasting and durable product for your home or commercial job.

The Mechanical Lock Standing Seam is seamed together with a portable seamer to interlock the panels. With multiple colors and materials, this standing seam metal can be customized to your specifications.

  • With watertight, vertical seams, Mechanical Lock Standing Seam performs well even on a low slope roof. Mechanical Lock Standing Seam comes in 1" and 1 1/2" high ribs. The coverage on the 1" Mechanical Lock Standing Seam is 17" and the coverage for the 1 1/2" metal panel is 16".

  • The Mechanical Lock Standing Seam comes in a standard 24ga Kynar paint system, and is also available in a 26ga SMP paint System. Mechanical Lock Standing Seam comes in multiple finishes and colors.

  • Mechanical Lock Standing Seam are panels that are seamed together with a portable roof seamer. This allows you to have a watertight seal that is walkable and resistant to falling debris, hail, and other extreme weather conditions.
